The way Ryan Seacrest and Simon Cowell were spotted deep in conversation whilst leaving the Chateau Marmont in Hollywood (and the resultant pap snaps) were just too funny to pass up. Not only were the two dressed almost identically in dark jeans, black dress shoes, and v-neck cardigans, but they were definitely discussing something serious when we ran into them. Shocked faces followed when they realized the photogs captured the whole thing.

Katie Holmes hasn’t lost her Posh-following tendencies quite yet. She may have switched that smooth bob to a shag, but this purse-carrying, knee-knocking pose in New York is 100% Posh.

Here’s the good news, though: we might still be following her on her All My Sons rehearsal route, but she could have ditched Tom Cruise’s jeans for good. Here’s to hoping– I like these grey skinnies a lot more.

This weekend we had the very special opportunity to not only see Cher‘s new show at Caesar’s Palace in Vegas, but we also got to meet her afterwards!!!

This woman is a legend!!!!!

She’s in her 60s and she’s still singing and dancing. She’s been doing this for 44 years now!

And, the new show at the Colosseum brilliantly encapsulates that storied career – taking you on a journey through her decades of hits and memorable moments along the way.

The show is everything you would want from a Cher concert – big production, stunning Bob Mackie outfits, dancers, aerialists, video montages and more.

The only, small, critique we have is that she does spend a lot of time offstage changing clothes. She has a new costume for practically every song!

But, it’s a Cher show and you want those outfits. So it is what it is.

Above everything else, though, it’s all about the music. And Cher has soooo many hits.

We saw the Bette Midler show at the Colosseum and we didn’t enjoy her as much as Cher because Bette just doesn’t have that many hits. It’s all about the show.

However, the show is that much more special when everybody knows all the songs and they’re singing along!

Cher’s got the hits, the show, the comedy. Everything.

And she was sooooo nice when we met her. And spunky!

If you come to Vegas, you MUST check her out.

We believe!!!!

Splash ran into young Miley Cyrus helping her mom by filling the meter in Los Angeles. She might not want a parking ticket, just like us, but I can’t get past the whole billionaire-by-the-time-she’s-20 thing. Judging from her relaxed outfit and family outings, she’s still doing a great job at disguising the fact that she’s totally loaded and famous.

Hardly anyone even looked up to notice the star as she went to Islands to have lunch with her sister Noah and mom. And that’s with the paparazzi around, too!

Panic At The Disco’s Beatles-inspired “Nine In the Afternoon” video also inspired a 2008 VMA nomination for Best Direction.

Panic will be at the 2008 VMAs. And if they win, director Shane Drake — he also directed two videos up for a 2008 Best Rock Video VMA — Paramore’s “crushcrushcrush” and Fall Out Boy’s “Beat It” — will share the honors. Shane, one of the most creative and prolific directors of the decade, also directed Panic’s “I Write Sins Not Tragedies” video, which won them the Video of the Year award at the 2006 VMAs.
